Air Fryer Cinnamon Churros

Satisfy your sweet tooth with our healthy Air Fryer Cinnamon Churros! Lightly crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with collagen for added beauty benefits. The ultimate guilt-free comfort snack—made healthier and ready in minutes!
Ingredients (makes 5)

1/2 cup self-raising flour

2 scoops cinnamon churro glow

1/2 cup plain protein yogurt

Olive oil spray
To Coat

1/2 tsp cinnamon
Method

Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir to form a dough.

Divide the dough into 5 pieces and roll each piece by hand to form a log.

Place on a baking sheet greased with oil.

Place in the air fryer and cook at 160°C for 15-18 minutes.

In a shallow bowl, mix the glow powder with the cinnamon.

Transfer the churros to a cooling rack, lightly spray with oil, and then toss in the cinnamon mixture to coat.
