BBQ chicken pizza - The Collagen Co.

Indulge in a deliciously satisfying BBQ Chicken Pizza that’s perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a fun meal with friends! Perfect for those looking to enjoy pizza without the guilt!

 

Serves 1

1 lower carb high protein pizza base

3 tbsp sugar free BBQ sauce

1 handful chopped baby spinach 

1/4 red onion, sliced

1/4 red capsicum, thinly sliced

75g shredded cooked chicken breast

1/2 cup light mozzarella, grated

Collagen drink:

2 scoop strawberry watermelon collagen, per person

 

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and place the pizza base on a round pizza tray.
  2. Spread with the sauce, then top with spinach, onion, capsicum, chicken, and finish with the cheese. Bake for 12 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, add the collagen to a glass of cold water and stir to dissolve.
  4. Slice up the pizza and enjoy!
