Cinnamon Churro Doughnuts - The Collagen Co.

Packed with protein and collagen, these fluffy doughnuts deliver the warm, spiced flavours of cinnamon churro while supporting your skin, hair, and joints. A delicious way to satisfy your sweet tooth and nourish your body at the same time.

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C and grease a doughnut mold with oil.
  2. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir to form a thick batter.
  3. Divide the batter into the doughnut molds and gently tap to flatten.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. In a shallow bowl, mix the glow shake powder with the cinnamon.
  6. Transfer the doughnuts to a cooling rack, lightly spray with oil, and then toss in the cinnamon mixture to coat.
