Ingredients (Makes 1 serve)

  • ½ avocado
  • 185g tuna (in springwater)
  • 1 tbsp light cream cheese spread
  • 2 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fresh tomato, diced
  • 2 tsp sriracha
  • 3  light Cruskits (or other light crispbread)

Method

  1. Add avocado, tuna, light cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning to a bowl and mash together.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly across 3 Cruskits and top with diced tomatoes, and sriracha.
