Salted caramel is by far my favourite flavour, followed very closely with the iced coffee. I love having either of them for my breakfast shake. Before starting the shakes, I used to skip breakfast especially when I started med at 7am. I just wasn’t hungry early. So I would have a coffee to keep me going until lunch time but then I used to over eat the whole day because I wasn’t getting the nutrients my body needed to sustain me throughout the day. Now I pre make my shake in the morning and drink it when I have a chance after greeting all the families and children at the childcare I work at. And it’s made such a difference to my hunger, mood and bloating!
