How to enjoy it?
Glow Shake
Mix/Blend with 350ml of chilled water and shake or blend well. For extra flavour and creaminess, you can also substitute water for your favourite milk or milk alternative.
Replace up to 2 meals per day with your Glow Shakes along with a nutritious balanced diet.
Collagen Dream
- Add 1 serving (2 scoops) into your mug.
- Pour 200-250ml hot water into the mug.
- Mix well until the powder is totally dissolved.
- Add a splash of milk or milk alternative for extra creaminess.
How many serves a day?
How much collagen you should take each day depends on your own health goals. Between 15-30grams of collagen peptides a day will give you visible results.
